"User" or "Player"

"Account"

"Wagering Requirement"

  • Creating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

Opening an account at 399dt is completely free. However, the following rules apply to complete the registration process:

Registration Terms

  • Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.
  • All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account details to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Using a strong password is recommended to keep your account secure.

Identity Verification

399dt uses secure SSL encryption technology. Identity verification may be requested when necessary. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process is not successfully completed. Accounts may be temporarily suspended if inconsistencies are found in the information provided by the user.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • After a deposit is completed, funds are generally reflected in the account within a short time.
  • Depositing using a third-party account or someone else's payment method is strictly prohibited.
  • The source of deposited funds must be legitimate.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be approved after account verification.
  • It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
  • Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn if the active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
  • 399dt reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

399dt offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

  • 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200.
  • Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and get a bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only.
  • Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = total ৳24,000 wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus is only eligible once per account — if the same person attempts to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — bonus winnings only become withdrawable after the specified wagering is completed.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
  • Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the promotional offer expires.
  • 399dt reserves the right to close accounts if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
  • Separate terms may apply to specific promotional offers.

Gaming Rules

Various types of online games are available on the 399dt platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and more. The following rules apply to all games:

General Gaming Rules

  • All bets are placed from real money balance or bonus balance.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game, 399dt reserves the right to void bets where applicable.
  • If a connection is intentionally disconnected mid-game session, the result will be finalised according to the data saved on the server.
  • Attempting to exploit any bug or glitch in the game software is prohibited.
  • The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting

  • Decisions regarding betting markets are final and no appeal against them will be accepted.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, that market is generally declared void and the stake is refunded.
  • Bets placed while a market is closed or suspended during live betting will be considered void.

Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Each game session is independent and previous results do not affect future results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399dt platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Hacking, cracking, or gaining unauthorised access to game software or systems.
  • Using automated betting systems or software bots.
  • Coordinating accounts or "arbitrage betting" for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Defrauding or harassing other users through the platform.
  • Conducting socially harmful activities through the platform.
  • Placing bets on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
If suspicious activity is detected, 399dt reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice and conduct any necessary investigation.

Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. The following must be ensured before closing an account:

  • There are no pending withdrawal requests on the account.
  • All active bets have been settled.
  • Account closure requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].

Account Closure or Suspension by 399dt

399dt may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information or evidence of identity fraud.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or the possibility of money laundering.
  • Extended periods of inactivity.
  • Where responsible gaming limits are imposed at the user's own request.

Any valid cash balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned. However, bonus funds and winnings earned from prohibited activities will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

399dt believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it should never be considered a source of income. We deeply care about the mental and financial well-being of our players.

  • Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or gaming breaks on their account.

  • Damages caused by faults in third-party software or services.
  • Damages resulting from a user's account information being disclosed to others.
  • Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Financial losses arising from gaming — the financial risks of gambling are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Changes to Terms

399dt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
